In some cases, a booking may be unsuccessful. This may be due to a malfunction on the site, or because the flight is no longer available. If you do not see confirmation of your reservation on your screen, please check the following:
- If you have not received a confirmation email, check your spam filter.
- Whether your payment was successful.
- If your payment was successful, you will receive an email from us about this and we will do our best to confirm your booking.
- If your payment was not successful and you have not received a booking confirmation, then you will need to make a new booking. If you have any doubts, please contact our customer contact centre.
